Job Description

1. To perform HR/related activities with primarily focus on background screening.2. To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines3. Outbound/Inbound call from employees & other HR Staff4. To receive/respond to email inquiries5. To perform task within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day to day basis 6. To act as SPOC for a set of business units.7. To conduct new employee orientations & maintain personal files 8. Open for a new business process changes and adaptability for new system/technology 9. Entering/maintaining data in HCM systems 10. Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, power point) 11. Any certification/degree in HR will be given preference 12. Solid communication and interpersonal skills13. High level of accuracy and attention to detail14. knowledge and understanding of HR processes, programs and policies15. Act as a end to end HR
