Job Description
1. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources as per hiring
guidelines.
2. Coordinate On boarding process, Process offer letters, background check, and
complete HR verification and finalize recruitment process.
3. Track and maintain employee leave information as well as login-logoff timings.
4. Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries, Provide resolution to
employees on any HR related issues.
5. Support in data collation and preparation of reports, and process confidential
employee records and files.
6. Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures.
7. Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.
8. Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirement.
