- Purpose:
- The HR Business Partner will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and work with the Business leaders for the assigned Content groups in Hyderabad.
- The primary purpose of this role is to provide complex operational advisory/consultancy to employees, first line and senior managers with limited direction and engage with leaders to support the people agenda aligned with business growth objectives.
- Manage End to End Recruitment Process.
- Screening and Shortlisting of Suitable Profiles
- Generating Leads and Maintain Database
- Volume and Bulk Hiring Exposure in the Domains IT, Medical and BPO
- Nurture a Positive Working Environment
- Maintaining the Recruitment and Selection Process through all Recruitment Channels.
- Plan Drive the Recruitment Process for all Functions in the Region.
- Ensure Proper Source Mix for Hiring Talent in the Region.
- Assisting the HR Manager in all Functions and Regions.
- Ensure Better Quality Recruits.
- Counselling and Resolution of Employee Issues.
- Provide Guidance to Employees on Various HR Initiatives. Recruitment Tracker
- Ensure Organization Vision and Values are participated in the Right Spirit Across the Region.
- Any Graduate Or Post Graduation preferable however not mandatory
- 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a client facing HR Business Partnering role, Fresher’s also May Apply.
- Exposure to and experience of global and complex matrix organizations
- Effective interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and manage conflict.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work on own initiative, is a good team player - does not work in isolation from colleagues and uses best practice from elsewhere.
- Well organized and disciplined with regard to the application of HR policy, procedures and standards.
- Has an eye for detail and follows the rules, but uses judgment and checks when exceptions can and need to be made.
- The ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment, hands on individual and who could deal with ambiguity.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel (Business Objects and Visio preferred/ not mandatory)
