Job Description
This is a good opportunity to play a key role in HR and Administration support. This requires you to be very quick in your work, have a bike.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all admin work for office including
- Ensuring support for regular HR activities as computer and other asset purchases and management, attendance, leave tracking, reports and alerts related to HR
- Coordination with vendors for efficient running of admin activities as computer repair, supplies and procurement
- Computer management including issue and management of hardware assets, library books of the company
- Coordination to ensure cleanliness and security of the office, courier related work
- Has to be punctual and available as needed during office hours (there is no night or evening shift)
- Responsible for office maintenance, keys handling, miscellaneous purchases and running errands for administrative functions
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Can support in recruitment and HR activities as needed
- Should be graduate with more than 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation
- Although all graduates can apply, preference will be given to B Com graduates
- Should have bike
- Prefer people staying within 30 minutes of Nanakramguda
- Writing and reading English
- Can speak fluent Hindi ,English and Telugu
