Screening the Candidates for job interviews.
Inbound and outbound calling.
Customer interaction for Training/ follow-ups.
Answering calls/ F2F meeting.
Career guidance for jobs & training is to be given to the aspirants approaching us.
Coordinating with Senior HRs/ Managers/ CEO (internal).
Fulfilling the given targets for job hiring/ training within the given deadline.
Meeting or exceeding the company's expectations.
Incentive plans up to 5-7k per month (if you exceed the expectation through work performance).
HR Interaction with candidates coming to meet for Jobs & Training needs.
Reverting to email queries.
