HR Executive (Hyderabad)
Department: HR
Responsibilities :
- Manage organization’s recruiting, learning and employee performance programs.
- Should make strategic decisions for our organization to hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
- Manage employees’ grievances and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
- Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Linked-in, etc.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
Education: Bachelors or Masters from premier Institutes preferred .
