Job Description:
- Responsible for Recruitment and Hiring for Cochin Site.
- Expected to Source, Screen and Shortlist Candidates from Entry level positions to Senior level.
- Sourcing Candidates will be as per the requirement through various sourcing channels like (Job Portal, Employee Referral & other databases)
- Analyzing and calculating the Attendance and Shortage of Employees.
- Candidate must have thorough knowledge and must be able manage all HR Generalist Function like; PF, ESI,GRATUITY, Payroll, Employee Engagement Activities, Returns, Salary, MIS, Grievence Handling
- Able to recommend strategies to improve Walk in nos through Employee Referral schemes etc.
- Drive Employee Referral scheme and Campus Recruitment.
- Conduct Telephonic & Face-to-Face interviews of candidates.
- Follow-up / Co-ordination with potential candidates.
- Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies.
- Taking preliminary interview round
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on HR information system.
