- Accomplishes human resource objectives by obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information.
- Ensuring 100% Manpower at all times by sourcing and closing all open position as per organisation requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening Profiles from various job portals doing the 1st level Screening.
- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and to excel.
- Adaptability and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
- Handling Entire Recruitment cycle, Joining Process, Employee Induction.
- Payroll and Administration. Documenting HR processes.
- Admin procurement for Business Purposes.
- Taking care of vendor services and payments.
- Handling HR and Business statutory and legal vendors.
- Housekeeping services, Security services operations.
- Maintaining Leave & Attendance record.
- Female candidate with MBA in HR with (0 -3) yrs experience in payroll & other day to day activities
- Demonstrated analytical, communications and problem solving skills.
- Talent Acquisition, Bulk Hiring, Staffing Hands-on Job Portals, Lateral Hiring , Mid Level Hiring.
- Coordination with Consultancies. Experience/training in developing organizational structures
Education-
- UG:Any Specialization, Management.
- PG: MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Skill Set
- Knowledge on Recruitment,Talent Acquisition ,Non IT hiring
- Good communication skills
