Job Description
- We are looking smart, presentable Hr Generalist Profile Candidate with experience in IT Industry.
- Candidates working in Job Consultancies are also welcome.
- To deal with all the HR general activities like ESI, PF, Payroll, Documentation etc.
- To Create an environment of positive employee relations, maintain confidentiality, establish trust and credibility.
- To source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions.
- To organise the induction programme, maintain exist ing formalities etc.
- To Monitor, analyse, and recommend solutions to complex problems or grievance handling.
- To identify training needs, arrange training, maintain training records and ensure availability of skilled and competent manpower in the organization.
- To maintain a suitable working environment by implementing rules and policies.
- To allocate duty and responsibility to the management staff in consultation with the Director.
- BBA/MBA (with Hr Specialisation) OR Any Graduate with 1-year experience as HR Recruiter or Hr Executive is eligible for this post.
- Should have experience in recruiting web developers, programmers & Designers.
- Very good communication skill (English/Hindi/Bengali)
- Excellent, convincing and Negotiation skill
- Having a basic knowledge of computer.
