Job Description
Position: HR Executive – Males Only
Qualification: Any
Experience: 1+ years minimum in recruitment
Salary: 15k – 18k
Job Roles :
· Work with outside head hunters and staffing agencies to fulfil manpower requirements
· Review and analyse resumes as per the job description
· Performing in-person and phone interviews & coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
· Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
· Performing reference and background checks
· Conducting the process of terminating employees on grounds of low output after discussion with management
Other Skills :
Communication skills in English ( written& verbal)
Computer knowledge – MS-Excel, E-Mail etc
