Job Description
- Contract Execution after receipt of LOI
- Registering our company as approved vendor of Principle Employer. List of documents attached for vendor registration.
- Taking labor license (Form No. 5 from Principle Employer) for the site if no. of employees are more than 20 for M.P. and more than 9 for GJ.
- Recruitment of manpower
- Short listing of candidates and getting them interviewed and finalized thru Principle Employer.
- Recruitment can be done thru existing employee reference – Yogdan Policy, manpower consultants.
- Mobilization of team at site after preliminary introduction of Principle Employer & their job profile.
- Statutory Compliances for employees.
- Client Co-ordination & Reporting
- Reporting site updates to client thru structured reporting on mails.
- Ensuring supervisor adheres to the various norms / compliances mutually agreed upon with the client.
- Visiting sites twice in a month for inspection, compliances and meeting client user & management.
- Understanding employee related issues – meeting with employees once in a quarter, to ensure employee satisfaction. In disciplinary acts should be curbed / punished and brought to management’s notice for immediate resolution.
- Relation building with client for better co-ordination.
