Location: Juhu Airport, Vileparle, Mumbai
Reporting To: Manager-HR
Role & Responsibilities:-
- HR Compliances of Vendors / Service Provider
- Contract Consultants Agreement & Payment
- Assisting HR Audit
- Expat salary
- Preparation of RNI
- Salary Checking
- Reimbursement Checking
- Vendor Management
- Statutory compliance working for GVHL
- Coordination with Statutory consultants for monthly, quarterly & annual compliances returns
- Annual Increment Working
- Bonus Calculation
- Pilot security clearance documentation
Requirements:-
Salary Range: Rs 15,000-18,000/- per monthComputer Literacy:- Hands on experience on MS Office, especially on Word & Excel, PowerPoint
- Freshers with basic knowledge of HR concepts & compliances, looking to make a career in the field of HR may apply
- Graduate with diploma in Human resources / Degree in Human Resources
