Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Communicate with vendors and consultancies for recruitment
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist recruiters to source candidates and update database
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and complete the documentation process.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and leaves)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, engagement activities, surveys, functions etc) and take minutes.
