Job Description

The India Human Resources Team partners all the lines of businesses (Operations, Knowledge Services, Finance & information Technology) of JLTI. The HR team provides services around: 
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Compensation Management
  • Talent Management and Development
  • Employee Engagement and Organization Development
  • Employee Exit
  • Education : Graduate in any stream 
  • MBA with a specialization in HR would be desirable
Work Qualifications 
  • Certified in at least one psychometric testing tools is desirable
Training  
  • Training on interviewing skills/ training need analysis/ BEI / other related HR Courses is desirable
  • Experience Preferred :At least 6 months of experience as an HR generalist working in a medium to large sized service organization.
  • MBA in HR OR Graduate Fresher's who want to pursue their career in HR are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge:  Knowledge of HR Concepts is desirable

  • The Analyst HR is expected to support the HR strategy on Talent Management and Organization Development by effectively implementing, coordinating and tracking the effectiveness of these plans across the organization.

Principle Accountability 
Process Management 
  • Incumbent will be solely responsible for running the Internal Job Posting process. 
  • He/She will be responsible for ensuring process adherence in advertising roles, eligibility checks, conducting the process, coordinating for completion and maintaining records on all processes conducted.
  • Incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the team by helping coordinate and deliver for performance management process, talent development process, career conversations and any other initiatives undertaken by the team
Talent Development 
  • He/She will be required to participate proactively in talent development activities by designing methodology to audit IDPs, provide feedback on quality of IDP and suggestions for improvement. 
  • Incumbent will also be responsible for tracking talent development efforts
System Management
  • Incumbent will be the sole owner of all TMOD related systems and will be responsible for maintaining system data, updating data, answering queries of internal clients and supporting internal clients in usage.
MIS and Reporting 
  • Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining all relevant data of employees and initiatives, track progress, create monthly, quarterly, annual reports, provide insights. 
  • As custodian of data, he/she will be required to maintain and provide relevant data, from time to time, to the management team and the leadership team
Process Enhancement
  • Incumbent will be responsible for ideating and creating process improvement wherever required with a view to deliver better services to our internal clients
Stakeholder Management
  • He/She will be required to answer queries and ensure speedy resolution as per SLAs
  • He/She is responsible for timely closure of all requests
  • The role will be accountable for maintaining and developing positive experiences by ensuring relationship development with employee groups, being approachable and available, provide right and timely information, interpreting policies correctly and providing right information, looking for alternative solutions and providing options to clients.
Initiatives
  • Be proactive and participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions of the HR team
  • Expected to design, coordinate and implement programs to develop the HR team
