- Resource Process management and reporting
- Resource on-boarding and off-boarding
- Resource utilization tracking
- Resource Engagement & Disengagement
- Followup with all teams & stakeholders foreach and every process
- Providing Alert to all stakeholder for each an every individual resource
- Interaction with project stake holders
- Generating Invoices and track recovery from respective clients.
