- Well versed with complete HR process.
- Good knowledge about HR & its function, processes & procedure.
- Experience into Recruitment & administration
- Must have experience in handling admin work.
- Experience into salary calculation, offer & resignation letter, employee engagement etc.
- Interviewing & scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Experience into doing all joining as well as exit formalities.
- Knowledge as well as experience into recruitment and generalist profiles
- Maintaining trackers and reports on monthly basis.
- Drafting letters, mails and general correspondence
