Roles & Responsibility :-
- Maintaining and demonstrating company core ideology and incullate in day to day culture
- Recruiting people as per vacancy
- Inducation process for new joinee
- Analyzing training needs & conducting / facilitating training sessions
- Preparing & implementation of company policies
- Payroll handling
- A performance review & appraisal
- Grievance handling
- Taking care of statuary & legal compliances
- Taking care of administrative work and their budgets
- Co-ordination with contractors
- Preparing & implementation of HR documents (JD,KRA,KPI,reporting SOP)
