- Ø Sourcing job requirement on various approved channels
- Ø Posting on various job portals like (monster, shine, naukri, times job…)
- Ø Screening Resumes
- Ø Responsible for performance of management activities
- Ø Training and Development
- Ø Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Ø Sourcing them proper portals
- Ø Completing all the joining procedure end to end recruitments
- Ø Conducting orientation for new candidates
- Ø Responsible to handle employee grievances
- Ø Managing all the leaves
- Ø Solve candidates queries by giving them proper solution and addressing their complaints
- Ø Explaining them all rules and regulations, policies
- Ø Explaining them voluntary and involuntary insurance
- Ø Explaining them retirement plans
- Ø Retain the employees
- Ø Looking in to voluntary and involuntary termination and collecting all the company assets before termination.
