Job Details:

Sourcing candidates from various job portals, Shine , Monster, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
Communicating with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements.
Co-ordinating with clients whenever required.
Create the brief for any job postings to be advertised or promoted.
Preliminary screening /short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Schedule interviews to short listed candidates and coordinate with technical panel/HR for shortlists & feedback.
Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up.
Prepare a weekly Recruitment Tracker and maintain a history of communication with all applicants.
