Job Responsibilities:
- The Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Handling recruitments right from sourcing the candidates to sending them the offer letter.
- Handling Induction for the new candidates.
- The Candidate should be well versed with various job portals.
- Coordinating with Managers for interview scheduling and taking the feedback.
- Handling employees grievances.
- Supporting payroll at the later stage of the candidate.
- Handling internal activities with the admin department.
- Handling Campus recruitments and coordinating for seminars.
