- Shortlisting the resumes based on required skills and experience.
- Advertising job vacancies, and short listing candidates.
- Conducting telephonic/personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
- Preparing offer letter, completing joining formalities and documentation.
- Compilation & processing of attendance data in system.
- Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization.
