Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Helping Shriresume.com customers in resume making on chat, email or phone.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
- Assisting senior HR
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
- Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
- Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews
- Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
COMMUNICATION EFFECTIVENESS :
- Conveys goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner
- Listens effectively and clarifies information as needed
- Interprets verbal and non-verbal messages that others communicate
- Produces clear status reports
- Communicates tactfully and candidly
- Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management and documented appropriately.
