HR Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about
Human Resource and project management. Someone who is a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all the administrative tasks such as official documentation, communicate with clients and candidates
- Liaising with team members. Coordinate with colleagues throughout the project life cycle.
- Responsible for the organizing all company related documents (both soft and hard copies).
- Bookkeeping, and estimating company expenses.
- Indulging in recruitment the process such as shortlisting candidates, writing emails to potential candidates and report to the line manager.
- Have at least one meeting with the company's CA (Charted Accountant) monthly basis.
- Regularly check employees progress to maintain the workforce within the company.
- Any irregularities in work should be reported.
- MUST be aware of company's agenda, products and services.
- MUST grow your knowledge in the field of data science and get familiar with Data science keywords.
- MUST be aware of software tools and services that are being used within the company.
- Keep an update on clients and ongoing projects.
- Assign document related tasks to the office assistant.
- Collect monthly assessment from all employees on the due date.
