- Understanding the requirement of clients
- Taking out the search, mass mailing & job posting from all the job portals to get relevant candidates
- Based on the criteria, have to do screening of profiles
- Have to work for Bulk requirement / Niche recruitment for our clients
- Its completely target based work (Per joining Incentives)
- Will be responsible for Client Coordination
- Salary : 12,000 Basic + Incentives+ Bonus+ Every month Appraisal
- Candidate should have good communication skill, learning ability, positive attitude etc
- Candidate is willing to make career in Recruitment Industry
- Candidate is willing to handle a team of recruiters
