Job Description
- Experience Criteria : Experience in marketing of Mutual Funds, Bonds ,SIPs, Insurance ,Etc.
- Candidate Profile :Excellent Communication Skills, Willing to travel, Sound knowledge financial investments

- Graduate preferably MBA in HR
- HR professional with approx. 3-5 Years’ of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Stakeholder Management
- Having good understanding of all corporate functions with in-depth knowledge of end to end recruitment process.
- Should have handled mandates for fresh Job seekers, Entry level, junior & Middle level in IT/ Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, BFSI, Retail, Skills & Education etc.
- Need to have extensive hands on experience on niche skill set hiring, ramp up; high volume hiring, campus hiring, organizing Job Melas & carrying out recruitment for corporate sector.
- Exposure in candidate search not limited to, headhunting, internal database, job advertisement posting on-line media(Naukri, Monster, Shine etc.), referrals, regular networking, Social networking sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Hands on experience working on employee Database with excellent Microsoft skills set.
- Passionate about doing new initiative, learn and develop them.
- Take care of all matters pertaining to HR Consultancy
- Target revenue generation activities
- Provide support to all Business Associates in matters of HR services
