Job Description
We are looking for HR Executive / HR Manager for Leading Real Estate company.
Details are as follows :
- Statutory Compliance i.e PF, PT, ESIC, maintaining all statutory registered
- Payroll & released compliance
- All administrative activities
- Ensure Training & Development Activities
- Ensure to Recruitment activities
- Support Site-HR Personnel.
- Minimum eligibility: MBA (HR), MPM / DLL
- Experience criteria: 3 to 4 year (experience in Construction industry preferred).
- Experience of Payroll Processing & statutory compliances is must.
- Soft skills: Moderate knowledge of English (written / spoken).
- Compensation: Upto 4 to 5 Lac Salary; Commensurate with experience + Mediclaim
- Other Skills: Good knowledge of MS office is mandatory; Knowledge of other ERP Systems will be preferred.
