Job Description
The selected candidate will work on following during the employment :
- Assisting Manager in a day to day HR activities,
- Maintaining HR records like of leave, team structures,project allocations
- Conduct and discipline records
- Assisting Managerial teams in general admin responsibilities, like preparing records, documentation, and filing.
- Knowledge on ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, Bonus, Full & Finals of left employees, knowledge of recruitment cycle, induction & joining formalities, Preparing employee personal files etc
