- Handling End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Understanding organizational requirement and drafting Job Descriptions.
- Handle Recruitment through Portals & Other Social Media.
- Keeping record of all approached employee and updating on daily basis
- Keeping record of all appointed employee and updating time and again
- Scheduling and Conducting Preliminary Interviews.
- Reference Check, rolling out offers, joining formalities, Induction, Relieving formalities.
- Employee Engagement Activities, Planning to Implementation.
- Payroll management, Salary calculation, Time management
- Employee claim voucher verification and certification as per Norms and authenticity.
- Assisting Management in developing New Policies and Amendments in Existing Policies.
- Engaging employee in company’s culture and making them understand company’s policies.
- Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances
- Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement. Updating same to management and suggesting measures for improvement.
