Job Description
· Work closely with the Manager HR & Admin for smooth execution of the trial.
· Work closely with the community, developing rapport for smooth execution of the trial.
· Overall in-charge for HR & Admin related activity.
· Responsible for sourcing & recruitment of various positions in specific timeline with the help of the HR Manager.
· Responsible for Screening & take preliminary Interview of candidates.
· Maintain Data Bank of manpower for various positions.
· Responsible for check & verify forms and documents of candidates.
· Responsible for On-boarding of new employee and verify their documents with the original.
· Assist the HR Manager for Induction and training of new employees in the project office as well as cluster office.
· Responsible to enrol the new employee in bio metrics.
· Assist the HR Manager to check and verify late/early & leave a report with attendance resisters and Bio-Metrics reports.
· Responsible to visit the project area as per requirement.
· Maintain log resisters and others.
· Maintain HR & admin related reports & Resisters.
· Other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
