Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our Group of Educational institutions recruitment process and other development programs.
Required Skills:
· Excellent Communication skills.
· Committed and strong interpersonal skills
· Good Analytical and Decision-making skills.
· Flexibility in taking roles.
Responsibility and Experience in:
· Identifying potential candidates through Job portals, Social Media, Training institutes and Recruitment consultants.
· Planning, organizing and managing Virtual Drives.
· Scheduling interviews based on the Panel's availability and confirm the same with the candidates, providing feedback to the candidates.
Qualifications : MBA/PGDM, M.Sc. or relevant field
Experience : 5 years and above
