Job Description
- Salary Preparation
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Handle On boarding activities for new employees like, opening a bank account, PF/ESIC forms etc.
- Handle payment of Overtime for the workers.
- Prepare and maintained vouchers and petty cash.
- Take care of the banking formalities like withdrwal of cash from banks.
- Coordinate the employee exit process (resignations, ill health, incapacitation, retirement, etc.)
- Do Full&Final settlement of resigned employees
- Dealing with contractors and vendor like housekeeping,security, canteen for bills and contract workers’ payment
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Manage attendance (In Form No. 14), absenteeism of company staff.
- Prepare monthly challan of ESIC and PF.
- Prepare Yearly Return of Contribution of PF and Half Yearly
- Return of Contribution of ESIC
- Maintain leave records i.e. CL, SL, and PL/EL in form no. 19.
- Maintained the records of Joined, Resigned &
- Attrited Employee
- Employee Records
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility,salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
- Maintain employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
- Maintained the database of Employees, required to use either traditional paper filing systems and a computer data entry system.
- Prepare a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to human resource management programs and activities
- Handle On boarding activities for new employees like, opening a bank account, PF/ESIC forms etc.
- Hotel & Car Booking.
- Daily Housekeeping Round in the plant & Make the report for the same.
- Monitoring the safety standards are maintained.
- Issue of ID cards to employees.
- Monitoring the use of Stationary.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work;answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Data Preparation in the desired format as an when required.
- Complying with the joining & Exit formalities.
- Issue of Canteen coupons.
- Assisting in all HR & admin functions
- Handle the Vacancies as and when it comes.
- Conduct Interviews and give opinion before finalising the candidate
- Take care of all the on boarding activities for newly joined employees in time.
- Ensure MRF is in place for every new role
