Job Description
This role will be responsible for PAN India recruitment.
1. Understanding & Analysis position requirement.
2. Sourcing, Screening & sharing CV's as per JD.
3. Short listing appropriate profiles as per the requirement of office.
4. Validating the interested candidates.
5. Organised and scheduled technical interviews between clients and candidates.
6. Responsible in all the aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, resume evaluation, phone screening if required.
7. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
8. Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
