Job Description
- Should have experience into End to end IT Recruitment.
- Candidates should have experience in Contract staffing(C2H).
- Sourcing & screening and short listing resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
- Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype and Personal interviews.
- Develop customized sourcing strategies for each mandate in terms of talent pool generation.
- Sourcing the profiles through Job portals, Social Networking sites like LinkedIn,Facebook.
