Job Description

Times: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM From Monday to Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities:  The primary role of the HR Executive is to prospect for recruiting, Training and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating Hiring programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
➢ Design compensation and benefits packages
➢ Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
➢ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
➢ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
➢ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
➢ Monitor HR department’s budget
➢ Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
➢ Manage employees’ grievances
➢ Create and run referral bonus programs
➢ Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
➢ Measure employee retention and turnover rates
➢ Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

➢ Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
➢ Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
➢ Experience with full-cycle recruiting
➢ Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
➢ Confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
➢ Good business ethic and professionalism
➢ Effective Negotiation Skills
➢ Good Telephone Etiquette
➢ Demonstrable leadership abilities
➢ Solid communication skills
➢ Ideally one or two years of experience in HR. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
➢ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field such as relationship, telecommunications.
➢ Experienced in relationship building
➢ Experienced in Manpower hiring.
➢ Experienced in job posting and branding.
➢ Ability to make cold calls.
➢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
➢ Overseeing the day to day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates
➢ Creating and continually improving offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents.
➢ Develop training and communications materials to support learning and development needs.
