Job Description
Manages all aspects of the hiring process IT & NON IT (Posts Job Openings, Coordinates Interview Schedules, Follows up with Candidates, Presents Offers, etc.)
Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire
Proactive sourcing of candidates through all available internal and external channels
Administering the selection process/procedure effectively in all recruitment, and working toward process improvement
Review key metrics and performance measures such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible
Works to drive employee engagement, people management and addressing grievances
Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness
Manages overall HR activities
Manages on-boarding/separation process
