Job Description
Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment Experience.
Good understanding of the recruitment process and experience in hiring candidates from Job portals , Headhunting and social networking sites.
Must be well versed with IT Skills and related terminologies.
Have exposure to other HR functions such as Onboarding, Training, Appraisals, Insurance processing, employee engagement etc.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and good presentation skills.
Must be aggressive, dynamic & result oriented.
Coordinating with managers for smooth functioning of recruitment activities
Should be a highly motivated professional with excellent facilitation skills.
Self starter, well-organized, approachable, proactive individual who is team player
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Commitment and keen eye for details
