Deep study of the current onsite manpower requirements & job specifications.
Responsible for End-to-End recruitment Permanent Hiring which includes Sourcing, screening, scheduling co-ordination, feedback.
Scheduling the interviews for the short listed Candidates.
Recruited candidates at all levels â€“ junior, Middle & senior level.
Sourcing the potential candidates from various sources i.e. Job portals, Employee references, & Social network Sites.
Follow-up with candidates on Daily basis to make them on-track of joining.
Bulk-hiring sources: walk-ins, scheduled drives- (End to end).
Sending Interview Call Latter and make sure that the Candidates attend the interview.
Taking the feedback from the Candidate regarding the Interview.
Coordinating interviews with Line Managers, Salary negotiations, and Reference check
