- Grievance handling various staff issues/queries related to various HR Policies, confirmation.
- Mediclaim settlement / Insurance policies
- Statutory part- like PF, ESIC, PT,Gratuity,MLWF.
- Full & Final Handling.
- Handling entire payroll process.
- Joining and relieving Formalities of employees.
- Making new employees entries in software.
- Handling joining documentation part.
- Solve queries of employee.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports
- To travel for conducting regular follow up of HR activities of different location
- Responsible for employee relation and administration
- Handling employee engagement and employee relation
