Job Description
- Coordinate with team lead for the requirements
- Screen CVs and scheduling interview
- Conduct the first round of interview and arrange for technical interview
- Drafting letters (Offer, Termination, etc.,)
- Maintaining all employee details.
- Evaluation of employees performance.
- Assist with campus requirements and walk-in
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the
employees.
Responsible for muster Updation daily basis. - Handling administration of all contract labor.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in an HR
- Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
