Job Description
- Assisting Placement department in taking care of Training and Placement coordination with our trainees and our Clients.
- Effective coordination between Trainers on performance monitoring of candidates
- Update and upkeep the Placement records (even after passing out)
- Follow up candidates for successful joining of companies & facilitate smooth joining
- Collect the Offer letters/appointment orders/Salary certificates etc after the candidate joining.
