Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Generalist Activities.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Administer and organize internal events/meetings.
- Performance Management of the employees.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Entry level knowledge in any of the HR functions.
- Demonstrated Problem Solving skills with the ability to handle highly strategic and challenging Business problems.
- Should be passionate on People Management.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in Verbal and Written English.
- Fresh BBA, BCA, BCOM, MBA candidates are preferred.
- Should serve 36 months bond period (Every year appraisal).
