Job Description
Partner with leadership to drive the personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development
Help create and drive the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Provide guidance in the performance evaluation process and personnel decisions
Collaborate with others to increase employee engagement and drive employee development across the teams
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource and employee policies
Participate in developing a team vision and driving towards department goals and objectives
Analyze current processes and policies, and recommend iterations for improvement
Maintain human resource information system records and reports
Ensure legal compliance of applicable labor and employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
