We are hiring for the position of HR - Generalist

We are looking for bright and talented (Female) HR who can efficiently manage the day to day HR operations:

Details :

Induction of the new entrants for familiarizing them with the Organization culture, policies
Managing leave management system
Joining and Exit formalities
Grievance handling by interaction with the employees.
Facilitate and assist Recruitment activities as per hiring plans
Excellent skills in managing Employee Engagement events
Managing day to day Administration and HR Operations

Must have skills

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Well organized, ability to multi-task
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills
Should have relevant experience of managing HR functions at a Software Development/IT Organization.
