- Position : HR Generalist .
- Experience : 1+ Year
- Qualification : MSW { HR }
- Work Location : Whitefield { Bangalore }
- Job Title – HR – Generalist
- Qualification – MSW (HR)
- Exp : should have Minimum one year.
- Administration.
- To take first round of interview for non technical position (Assembly and CFT) and arrange the next round interview to Molex HR.
- To coordinate with Executive position interview schedule.
- To ensure the completion of joining formalities, statutory compliance forms – PF, ESIC & Gratuity. And to maintain Personal file.
- To issue and maintain PPE to the employee.
- To Educate & Counsel On disciplinary Issues:
- To educate all rules & regulations of the client.
- To educate the employees for absenteeism and late coming on daily basis.
- To ensure that the employees follow dress code (wearing PPE) and adhere to any such discipline inside the premises like wearing finger cuts, ear plugs & aprons as per client policy
- To ensure that all the bank accounts for all employees be opened (cut-off date for submission of bank acct opening forms to ROS is 20th of every month).
- Employee Induction – For ROS and Molex.
- Provide training – SR and EICC code of conduct.
- All new employee to go through EHS/QMS/OJT Training program on scheduled day – Coordination with respective Department.
- To prepare the cost sheet with necessary payroll inputs and get the same approved by Molex management on 20th of every month without delay – Learning Process
- To coordinate with all department heads regarding OT Pre approval form, mispunch verification form.
- To maintain all documentation at client place.
- Maintaining database by collecting resumes from Known sources and through security desk or any other source.
- Completing the exit formalities.
- Address all our employees’ queries & provide necessary solutions like Salary slip, ESI card, PPE in shop floor & etc.
- Other day to day activities given to the immediate supervisor.
- Responsible & Accountable for the custody of Company /Client Assets.
