Medsonway, an RPG Group backed venture is seeking a candidate for handling HR functions who can assist in building and leading e-commerce company in Pune ensuring a seamless employee performance.

Job Description

• Undertake tasks in performance management
  
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  
• Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
  
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  
• Monitor budgets
  
• Ensure employees queries are processed and responded in a timely manner

• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.

Task List

• Ensuring update of all department SOPs on a monthly basis. 
  
• Ensure all MIS are filled in the required format by all departments.
  
• Collecting feedback from all heads and immediate managers. 
  
• Conduct basic interviews for Pharmacist / Sales / CC to shortlist for trail or final interviews. 
  
• Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with Hr head or department heads.
  
• Send weekly report for hold candidates with the profile, flexibility of working hours, notice period if any and last date of communication from the HR department 
  
• Shortlist candidates for managerial profiles and schedule interviews for Department Heads and HR Head.
• Remuneration:1.5 - 2 LPA
  
• Up to 25% variable pay ( Performance based ) 
  
• Job Location is Pune, TILAK ROAD.
