They are currently looking for a seasoned HR professional with an international outlook to join their fast growing business.

Description

• Reporting into CEO, working as HR Head, you will work very closely with the Business Heads to drive organization culture
• You will lead a team of HR professionals to manage talent management, recruitment, HR operations, payroll etc.

• You will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning.

• Create HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and help to improve the overall manager-employee relationships

Profile

• MBA with 10 to 12 years experience in managing end to end HR processes including HR Operations, HR Business Partnership and Talent Management etc.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with proficiency at usage of IT tools like Powerpoint, Excel etc.
• Prior exposure to international environment - education or work experience is a must.
• Client will prefer a diversity candidate for this role.
