Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process as per the HR policy. (recruiting, testing, and interviewing; counselling HR on candidate selection.)
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other 2. partners.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepares a budget of human resources operations.
- Update office policies as needed to maintain cleanliness and discipline.
- Supervise and Ensure the delivery of goods
- Schedule in-house and external events.
