JOB ROLE1.Identifying the job vacancy as specified by the client.2.Sourcing profiles of relevant through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications.3.Shortlisting the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.4. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations5.Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
SKILLS SETS REQUIRED1.Excellent communication skills2.Passion for a career in Human Resource3.Good Convincing skills4.Must work well under pressure and tight timeline5.Self-starter, Can-do, Go-getter attitude6.Possess a proficiency in social media, networking.
