Job Description
Intern will work with HR Executive in Talent Acquisition process and responsibilities include:
- Screening of resume
- Shortlisting candidate based on telephonic interview
- Coordinating interview process with Hiring Manager
- Communicating interview result to candidates
- Coordinate with hiring agencies for organising Walk-in Drive
- Assist HR Team for organising Employee Engagement Activities

Awign is a heavily funded start-up with 100+ employees founded by 3 IITians. We use a unique tech platform to do project execution for clients like Swiggy, Zomato, OYO rooms, policy bazar etc using on-demand workforce. We are the first company in India to develop an Uber model for work.
