Job Description
- Managing all kind of recruitment process from screening to joining.
- Identifying resumes and screening through Database, Job Portals.
- Interviewing the screened candidates on phone and face to face.
- Short listing candidate as per the criteria & communication level
- Scheduling the interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Negotiate with candidates for salary Package, joining and other issues.
- Handling On boarding of candidates, their induction and training.
- Good Knowledge about the MS Office(word, Excel, )
- Joining and exit formalities.
- Coordinate on-boarding and Induction for new joinees.
- Maintaining employee records
- Excellent communication.
